Zenland escrow contracts help online users sell or buy digital products or services directly without a trusted third party through a smart contract escrow service. This is to make sure anyone doing business with a stranger on Craigslist or Facebook won't get scammed.
Our idea is simple – instead of a human escrow service that is

- b) influenced by human factor,
- c) geographically limited, and
- d) centralized,
we use smart contract technology.

Our platform offers a ready one-page escrow contract that receives sender's payment and releases it to receivers wallet once the contract conditions are met. In short, the escrow contract serves as your temporary blockchain account that receives and releases funds according to programmed terms buyer and seller agree in the contract. They are not geographically limited or influenced by human factor or single authority.
