Who here actually wrote down their vault seed phrase? Be honest, if not, today is the day to do it with me!

After having my vault open for well over 1 year, today I finally wrote down my seed phrase.

“Why wait so long?” I can hear you think!

Maybe I was just to lazy to write it down. Maybe I thought losing access to my vault will never happen to me. Maybe I didn’t really phantom the worth of everything in my vault.

(I’m probably a combination of all 3)

Well today I finally decided to write the bloody thing on a piece of paper and hide it somewhere in my room.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who was postponing writing it down because of one of the reasons I gave.

Pivot!

The 2017 bull run came and went and our focus poured into other projects like Cryptopher Columbus. NFTs started to pick up and people started to learn what it truly means to Hodl again. We decided to pick up this project and dust it off. Most people in crypto are on Twitter and Telegram. (Discord, too.) so we decided to pivot and move to Discord.

We created a channel and a discussion group on telegram because it’s the perfect balance of chat and message board. We also wanted to keep the community tight knit and small and this has worked out great. 

Discord is a chat app kind of like Slack or Skype but a little more fun and laid back. By signing up for discord you can join “servers” which are private or public communities that revolve around a particular topic. Hodl & Shill is a private Discord server that only members can gain access to.

We know there are great communities built out on platforms like Discord and we love it. But Hodl & Shill is meant to be an intimate roundtable setting with a small and limited amount of seats.
