Does a dynamic yield-seeking asset exist?

I apologize for the title but I'm not sure the best way to put this.

Does a service exist that allows you to deposit one or more tokens into a single DeFi asset and that asset or the team behind it then continually looks for better yield opportunities?

For example, perhaps I have some USDC and I deposit it into a lending platform that provides 10% APY. That yield is coming from Platform A. A few days later, some algo or the team behind it discovers another place pop up (Platform B) that offers 12%. That original asset you deposited it then automatically starts harvesting yield from Platform B.

Is it even possible to develop a smart contract that allows for such dynamic changes?
