It’s terrible, a youngish currently hip dressed guy walking around with cup of coffee saying ‘you can’t buy coffee yet with crypto so what’s it all about’ ‘crypto value is baked by only faith!’ ‘All transactions are buying other crypto-it’s a bubble!’ ‘You can buy an NFT art of coffee but that costs as much as driving 500miles!’
Are they comparing mining energy to car emission energy? My nerdy ass wants to go off on how the sustainable wind and solar miners in Texas are nowhere as bad environmentally as someone who drives 500 miles in a gasoline powered car!!
